Taking a break... Today I took my camera and went up to the top of our property. My husband has cleared the upper area and there is a beautiful area for plein aire painting. I'm going to have to do some... as soon as I'm organized for the big exhibition.Looking east at El Yunque National Rainforest, part of the US National Park system.

Tomando un descanso... Hoy lleve a la camera y subi al tope de nuestra propiedad. Mi marido ha limpiado la parte de arriba y hay una area lindisima para pintar al aire. Tendre que hacerlo ... tan pronto como este organizada para la gran exhibicion.
Mirando al este a El Yunque, que es parte del sistema de parques nacionales de los Estados Unidos.

The weather here is beautiful. Even when it rains, it's only for a short time. No one uses umbrellas... except for the older women in the countryside who use them as a parasol to avoid getting too tan.
