'Zuni'

I've been working on some scratchboard art pieces.  This is the first of a miniature series of Southwestern historic pottery, a Zuni Pueblo jar from the 1880s.  The board is tiny, just 3"x4", and took a bit of time to complete.

Bonito trabalho. A cerâmica tem semelhança com os trabalhos Marajoaras, no norte do Brasil.

Beautiful work. The pottery is similar to the work Marajoara in northern Brazil.
Congratulations,

I am beginning to learn printmaking, and your work is an inspiration. Like you, I am fully bilingual and feel as if I live with each foot on a different culture.
